Cairo – Mubasher: Al Fanar Contracting, Construction, Trade, Import and Export (Al Fanar) has called its shareholders to attend the ordinary general meeting on 26 March.

Shareholders will consider withholding 2015 cash dividends in particular. In addition, it will look into board’s report, auditors’ report, as well as discharging the board members from liability for the fiscal year of 2015.

The company’s profits after tax for 2015 rose 90% year-over-year to EGP 135,000 from EGP 71,000.
